Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Luxora Living does not charge any fee for sending SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

SMS Service Provider

Our SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio, a third-party communications platform, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Twilio's handling of your data is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

Strictly enforced: Luxora Living will use your phone number solely for internal communication regarding your services. Your mobile information — including phone numbers and consent data — will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, or marketing agencies for promotional or marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Data Retention for SMS

We retain your phone number and SMS consent status for as long as you maintain an account with us or as needed to provide our services. If you opt out, we will retain a record of your opt-out request to ensure compliance. SMS message logs are retained for up to 12 months for customer support and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted.
